Is There A Such Thing As Body Type And The Right Workout?

You will read a lot of trainers and different websites talk about body type and how each one has a different workout they should be using. However this is not even close to what really happens. First, it’s important to realize that some women do put fat on in different areas of their body.

Some put fat on in their stomach. Some put fat on in their hips. These are the apple and the pear shape respectively. But that has nothing to do with how you workout or what a good workout program can do for you.

You need a good workout that will build lean muscle mass and still get your cardiovascular system. No matter where you store fat, it will fall off. Eventually you want to get into weight training or if you are just starting out, a good workout with resistance training fat burning exercises is perfect.

There is one thing you should realize though. More or less, you burn fat evenly over your body. So that means that the last place you will learn fat is either your stomach or your thighs… where ever you store fat the most.
